  • We present a series of options to you with impartial evaluations of the pluses/minuses of the alternatives. You'll never get that from a direct person.
  • We bring a "best-of-breed" mentality to the sales process. Again - in contrast to the direct side - we drive to provide the best of a number of services, from a number of carriers/service providers, to meet your needs for the long term.
  • We are there for you after the papers are signed. Some companies have the hunters who are compensated on the short term - the sell. We are (by design) there for the sell, provisioning, follow-up, issue resolution, etc.
  • We are driven to keep you current with pricing and technology - direct sales forces have been known to protect the revenue base, not your competitiveness.

 #2   We are an invaluable resource to help resolve the inherent issues associated with telecom; in addition, we have the systems to help. This is much better than calling an overstaffed customer support center as your only option (though you can certainly call in parallel if you so desire).
